Types of printing
Flexo printing Flexographic printing is a direct printing method in which the material to be printed is brought into direct contact with the printing plate attached to the forming cylinder. Due to the use of highly elastic polymer plates and minimum pressure in the printing contact zone it is possible to print on various materials - paper, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, various films, metallized foil, combined materials: self-adhesive paper, thermal paper, film.
THE BENEFITS OF THIS TYPE OF PRINTING FOR YOU:

- High printing speed with consistent quality from roll to roll; - The cost per label is significantly reduced when the print run is increased

- resulting in savings on the overall cost of the product;

- Wide choice of materials and finishes! With matt or ultra-glossy labels, cold foil stamping, spot lacquering of individual elements, embossed printing

- your label can perfectly underline the characteristics of the product which enhances your product in the eyes of the consumer; - thanks to the use of UV inks, we get excellent saturation and gloss;
FEATURES OF FLEXO PRINTING: Printing is done using flexible polymer plates- their cost is included in the first run. For die-cutting, it is sometimes necessary to order a die-cutting plate - this is also included in the cost of the first print run. However, even if additional prepress costs are incurred, the final cost per label will be a bargain. And the quality of the print and finish meets industry standards. Our managers will be happy to explain all the details of printing to you in more detail - leave a request and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Flexo printing
Screen printing
Screen printing
This is a popular method of designing a self-adhesive label, in which an image is transferred to the printed material by pushing ink through a screen mesh. This printing method can be taken as the basis or for finishing individual items. Advantages:

- The possibility of producing fine, delicate decoration and at the same time creating an embossed image by transferring more paint or varnish

- Can be easily combined with all types of printing and finishing. It is widely used in the production of industrial labels. Especially in the decoration of perfumes, cosmetics and alcoholic beverages.

Our equipment allows for screen printing in up to six colours, combined with traditional flexo printing, embossing and embossing. Years of experience, quality facilities and dozens of customers give us the edge over other industrial printers using this printing method, providing a first-class product.

Digital printing
Digital printing
technology stands out because it allows the image to be transferred directly from the computer monitor to the printed surface, avoiding the mass of intermediate steps.
The advantages:

- urgency: a batch of industrial labels of up to three thousand copies can be printed within a few hours. - no prepress. With digital printing, you simply make a proof copy (colour proof) and only then start printing.

- Label personalization: you can change the values and images in printed lines (e.g. barcode, qr code, EPC, etc.) automatically inline with the print run.

- Consistent quality and high expansion during printing. All types of substrates can be used which are suitable for printing industrial labels.

- Small runs: Self-adhesive labels can be printed on digital equipment starting with just a few pieces.
